Our mission is to solve healthcare fragmentation by digitally linking patients, doctors, outpatient clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, labs, pharmacies, and future care services through one coordinated layer.
DAD Report is the first live, active application from Doctors At Door. It is a health-record app that organizes scattered medical files into a chronological timeline, explains lab results through plain-language AI summaries and avatar-narrated videos, decodes health insurance policies, organizes records into treatment folders, and tracks diagnostic appointments.

No. DAD Admin, DAD Lab, and DAD Diagnostic are part of our Phase 2 roadmap ('Coming Soon'). DAD Admin will power clinic and doctor OPD workflows, DAD Lab will integrate diagnostic laboratory LIMS systems, and DAD Diagnostic will manage test bookings and home sample collections. Yes. DAD Report allows you to create and manage separate profiles for your children, spouse, or elderly parents under one unified account, while keeping their individual medical histories organized and securely segregated.
No. DAD is a healthcare technology platform and ecosystem layer. We do not provide medical consultations or run diagnostic equipment directly. Instead, we digitally connect patients with verified doctors, certified laboratories, and accredited healthcare providers.
