At DAD (Doctors At Door), we are committed to providing high-quality medical consultations. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to make your experience as smooth as possible. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation of Consultation by Patient:
    If you wish to cancel your consultation, a refund may be issued if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. Cancellations made after this time will not be eligible for a refund, but you may be able to reschedule.
  • No-Show for Scheduled Consultation:
    If you miss your scheduled consultation without prior notice or cancellation, no refund will be issued.

     2. Refund Process
  • To request a refund, please contact our support team at dadclinik@gmail.com or via Call.
  • Provide your consultation details, including the doctor’s name, consultation date, and the reason for your request.
  • Our team will verify & process your refund request and inform you of the decision within 5-7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Consultation fees for services rendered, including but not limited to, diagnostics, assessments, and prescriptions, are generally non-refundable after the consultation has been completed.
  • Processing or administrative fees related to the use of the platform may also be non-refundable.

4. Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule a consultation, you can do so by contacting us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. We will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred time. Please note that rescheduling within 24 hours may incur additional charges.

5. Disputes and Claims

In the event of any disputes regarding the refund process, please reach out to our support team via email dadclinik@gmail.com. We are committed to resolving any issues amicably and promptly. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may have the option to escalate the issue to a relevant regulatory body, depending on the platform's terms of service.
